Place a KELLER WILLIAMS REALTY SIGN on the property.
Enroll the property in the MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE.
Notify the neighbors by sending POSTCARDS that the property is on the market.
Design a BROCHURE to put inside the home and outside by the sign in the yard.
Home will be posted on www.kw.com, www.realtor.com, www.listingbook.com, www.realestatebook.com
Take digital photos of the interior and exterior and create a HOME TOUR to be viewed online.
Advertise in THE REAL ESTATE BOOK for maximum exposure.
Advertise in TRIAD HOMES and CLASSIFIED ADS on a rotating basis.
Provide you with a CENTRALIZED SHOWING SERVICE (CSS) ACCOUNT so you can monitor your showing appointments and feedback online.
Provide you with a LISTING BOOK account. This will allow you to watch your competition: you’ll receive an email notice when a new competing home is listed, price changes, etc.
A REALTOR LUNCHEON will be held if the home is not getting the attention of potential agents/buyers as it should.
Conduct an OPEN HOUSE for the public if the home is not getting the attention of potential buyers as it should.
Monitor LISTING AND SALES ACTIVITIES to maintain competitive position in the market place.
Present all CONTRACTS and assist you in the negotiation of the best possible price and terms.
